Prior to joining LakeRidge, Sandy worked as a purchasing agent and administrator. She uses her expertise, as a highly skilled buyer, to research, review and purchase the unique products and materials that personalize our Buyers' homes. Her efforts help make building a home an enjoyable experience for our Buyers and assures them that their homes will be both well built and well dressed. Coordinating design, décor and product acquisition, she helps make each home a testament to beauty and function. She assists Buyers in finding the best quality and excellent pricing on the most current and innovative products available. Her personal touch, throughout the pre-construction process, insures that all critical elements are in place when construction begins. She's available whenever needed, during the construction of our customer's homes and, upon completion, Sandy administers our 10-year “BONDED BUILDER” warranty services, insuring that the home performs as designed, for many years into the future.

Tom entered the home building industry in 1964, learning the basics of home design and construction from a small, West Texas builder. A few years later, he formed his own company to buy, renovate and sell homes. Since moving to the Austin area in 1976, Tom has managed and owned real estate, development and building companies that market both popular priced and high-end, custom homes. Established in 2000, LakeRidge reflects his "Hands On" building phylosphy and dedication to design and construction of homes that are of exceptional beauty, quality and value, regardless of price. Assisted by a team of talented professionals, Tom designs or coordinates the architectural and structural design of every home or renovation, making it his mission to incorporate the unique design requirements of each Buyer into the finished product. Under his leadership, construction is intensely supervised and implemented by skilled craftsmen, using technologically advanced products and techniques.

Randy is an Austin native and has lived and worked in the area most of his life. He attended Southwest Texas State University and the University of Texas, from 1972-1976, and worked part-time in the construction field. Finding the work challenging and exciting, he decided to study Construction Management at Angelo State University. Since starting his carreer, in 1977, he has worked at every level of the industry, from site worker to construction manager. Randy has built, remodeled and restored hundreds of homes, of virtually every style and price, from city homes to lakefront villas and high-rise townhomes. His first love is building fine custom homes, and he has perfected the art of converting unique ideas into unique living environments. Randy's association with LakeRidge not only adds strength and experience to the management team, but further assures home buyers of the company's commitment to building excellence.

A critical element of the building experience at Lake Ridge, is the resolve to maintain an open dialogue with our Buyers. We want to fully understand their personal needs and design preferences, so that we can fully integrate them into the finished home. Paul, a long time friend and associate, was recruited to assist our Buyers and to coordinate the entire building process. He assists with preliminary planning, such as site location and analysis, feasibility study, financing and permitting and acts as liason between our customers, designers and construction professionals. Prior to embarking upon his real estate carreer, he enjoyed a long and successful carreer as an engieneer and project manager. The combination of his experience and skills make him uniquely qualified for the position. Like all the members of the Lake Ridge team, Paul is a valuable information resource and assists customers in the development of unique homes that are a compliment to their surroundings.
